How I stack it

Tools matter less than how they connect. These are the workflows I run.

Lifecycle for e-commerce

Shopify→Klaviyo→Attentive SMS→ActiveCampaign→GA4→Claude for copy and analysis

Orders and customer data flow from the store into email, SMS and loyalty programs, then back into reporting.

Outbound and ABM

Apollo AI→HubSpot or Salesforce→n8n→Slack

Find and enrich target accounts, load them into the CRM, and route replies and alerts to the team automatically.

Research and strategy

Perplexity→Claude→Obsidian→Notion

Cited research first, then analysis and drafts, then saved into a second brain I can search later.

Content and campaign ops

Claude→Notion→Airtable→Asana→Slack

Briefs, content calendars and asset trackers in one place, with approvals and updates in Slack.

Agents and workflows

Claude→n8n→Airtable→Slack

Agents and bots handle repeat work such as reporting, tagging and alerts, and a person reviews the output.

AI integration

Perplexity→Obsidian→Claude Code→Netlify

I research in Perplexity, keep notes in Obsidian, then build with Claude Code. A person checks every fact.

Research comes first. I use Perplexity for cited research and Firecrawl to read competitor and source pages, then build my second brain in Obsidian. Claude Code builds from that, working in Google Antigravity. Long videos sit on YouTube as unlisted, Netlify publishes the site, and Cloudflare Pages is the free backup. This is how I use AI: research, a second brain, then a build, with a person checking every fact.

Easter egg

Congratulations. You found it.

Most people read the case studies. You went straight for the footer logo, which tells me you notice details. That is a good habit in a marketer, and a good sign for us working together.

The secret: this whole site was built with AI, directed by me, and it costs $0 to host. My old site's hosting cost $350+ for three years, almost $120 a year, plus about $20 a year for the domain. I still pay for the domain. The hosting is free.
